A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGOPEL’, particularly characterized by having large, white flowers with greenish-white lips, 1 to 2 peduncles that are long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
