A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGIPCOL’, particularly characterized by having large white flowers with greenish-yellow and white lips, 1 to 2 peduncles that are long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
