A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGEPWAL’, particularly characterized by having small, white flowers with light greenish-yellow lips, 2 to 5 peduncles that are short and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
