Abstract

A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGAPVAL’, particularly characterized by having light greenish-yellow flowers with white centers and yellow-white lips, peduncles that are medium long and moderately strong, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
