A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALGALYI’, particularly characterized by having greenish-yellow flowers with yellow lips, 1 to 4 peduncles that are medium long and moderate, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
