A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALFUXE’, particularly characterized by having large, yellow, spotted flowers, 1 to 2 peduncles that are long and sturdy, leaves that are obovate, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
