A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALFOTJ’, particularly characterized by having reddish-purple flowers with reddish-purple lips, 1 to 2 peduncles that are medium long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
