A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALFOREI’, particularly characterized by having very white flowers, 1 to 3 peduncles that are medium-long and sturdy, leaves that are obovate, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
