A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALFENCK’, particularly characterized by having dark purple flowers with a lilac edge, 1 to 2 peduncles, an inflorescence that is long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture is disclosed.
