A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALFASWI’, particularly characterized by having small, dark red-purple, flecked and edged flowers, 1 to 3 peduncles that are medium long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, 2 to 6 flowering lateral branches, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
