A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALDISXO’, particularly characterized by having light purple dotted flowers, 1-3 peduncles, a peduncle that is long and moderate, leaves that are narrow obovate and very elongated, and is propagated by tissue culture is disclosed.
