A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALDIQYK’, particularly characterized by red-purple flowers with yellow at the base, 1 to 2 peduncles, inflorescence that is long and moderate, narrow oblong shaped leaves, and propagated by tissue culture is disclosed.
