A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALDENDO’, particularly characterized by having lilac shaded and slightly striped flowers, 1 to 2 peduncles, an inflorescence that is long and sturdy, leaves that are narrow and oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture is disclosed.
