A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALCTOZYP’, particularly characterized by having white striped flowers with a dark lip, 1 to 2 peduncles, an inflorescence that is long and moderate, leaves that are narrow/oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture is disclosed.
