A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALCRYO’, particularly characterized by having small, light purple striped flowers with a light red-purple lip, 1 to 3 peduncles, an inflorescence that is short and moderate, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
