A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALCNIZQ’, particularly characterized by having purple-pink flowers with a small center and a darker purple lip, 1 to 3 peduncles, an inflorescence that is long and moderate, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture is disclosed.
