A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALBIRWIN’, particularly characterized by small, reddish-purple flowers with light reddish-purple centers and dark red-purple lips, dorsal sepals with an incurving curvature of the longitudinal axis, a short and compact plant having five to seven branches, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
