A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA777638’, particularly characterized by having numerous, attractive purplish-pink flowers with reddish-purple lips, flowers that are flat in lateral view, and strong lip curvature of lateral lobes, is disclosed.
