A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA731834’, particularly characterized by having reddish-purple, striped flowers with small white edges and dark purplish-red lips, flowers that are concave in lateral view, dark purplish-red whiskers with white tips, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
