A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA682000’, particularly characterized by having medium-size white flowers with yellow-green and white lips; incurving dorsal sepal curvature of longitudinal axis, medium lip curvature of lateral lobes, and weak anthocyanin coloration, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
