A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA602768’, particularly characterized by having white flowers with light purple edges and bright yellow and white lips, flowers that are concave in lateral view, lip curvature of lateral lobe is medium, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
