A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA393573’, particularly characterized by having reddish-purple and striped flowers with light purple edges and dark purplish-red lips, flowers that are concave in lateral view, panicle inflorescence, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
