A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA329719’, particularly characterized by having reddish-purple flowers with light purple edges and reddish-purple lips, flowers that are flat in lateral view, dorsal sepals with incurving curvature of the longitudinal axis, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
