A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA191366’, particularly characterized by having large white flowers with yellow-green and white lips, flowers that are concave in lateral view, strong lip curvature of lateral lobe, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
