A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA1493891’, particularly characterized by white, shaded, and striped flowers with red and white striped lips, flowers with a flat shape in lateral view, apical lobes with a small bump and ridge, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
