A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Confidence’ characterized by flowers which are white with a purple blush in the center and some yellow in the labellum; plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture; plants which produce more than one inflorescence; long and sturdy inflorescences; and dark-green foliage.
