A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Calm Storm’ particularly characterized by flowers which are red/purple with many small red/purple spots and a spotted labellum; plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture; plants which produce more than one inflorescence; long and sturdy inflorescences; and relatively short, dark-green foliage.
