A new and distinct cultivar of Petunia plant named ‘Petwiblvgr’ characterized by its trailing, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit, freely branching habit, freely flowering habit, single flowers that are white in color with light purple colored venation in the throat, and good garden performance.
