A new and distinct Petunia plant named ‘INPETBOAUX’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit to eventually trailing with subsequent development; moderately vigorous growth habit and rapid growth rate; freely branching habit; dense and bushy plant form; early and freely flowering habit; single-type flowers that are light pale purple in color with contrasting dark purple venation and centers; flowers that maintain color and resist fading; and good container and garden performance.
