A new and distinct Petunia cultivar named ‘DPETCPGEM’ is disclosed, characterized by a semi-trailing growth habit, and large, violet-blue flowers with white stripes. The plants are medium branched with a medium vigor. The new variety is a Petunia , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
