A new and distinct Petunia cultivar named ‘DCAS301’ is disclosed, characterized by abundant medium sized flowers, unique red-purple with white rim flower coloration, strong plant vigor and a very well branched semi-trailing plant form. The new variety is a Petunia, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
