A new and distinct cultivar of Peperomia plant named ‘EC-PEPE-2112’ is disclosed, characterized by round, light green leaves with a puckered surface, and deep-lying veins. Plants have compact, rosette-like habits. The new variety is a Peperomia , typically used as an ornamental plant.
