A new Pelargonium plant named ‘PEQZ0012’ particularly distinguished by the bright red colored and round inflorescences that fades with a slight pink hue held above the medium-green foliage, very heat and drought tolerant with continuous color through the most extreme summer heat, and on a well-branched plant habit.
