A new Pelargonium plant named ‘Fistan,’ particularly distinguished by the medium sized, brilliant scarlet-red, semi-double flowers, large inflorescences with reddish peduncles, dark-green leaves with strong zonation, medium to large sized, mounding habit, and early to medium beginning of flowering.
