A new and distinctive variety of peach tree denominated varietally as Burpeachfour and which is characterized as to novelty by a date of maturity for commercial harvesting and shipment of approximately August 28 to September 8 under the ecological conditions prevailing in the San Joaquin Valley of central California.

Having thus described and illustrated our new variety of Peach Tree, what is claimed as new and desired to be secured by PLANT LETTERS PATENT is: 1. A new and distinct variety of Peach Tree substantially as illustrated and described, and which is denominated varietally as Burpeachfour and which further is characterized principally as to novelty by providing fruit which is ripe for harvesting and shipment from about August 28 to about September 8 under the ecological conditions prevailing in the San Joaquin Valley of Central California.
