Abstract
A new and distinct plant of ornamental Hybrid Switch Grass named Panicum ‘Switcheroo’ with narrow upright foliage with variegated yellowish margins. The upright and dense culms produce compact plants that do not lodge. The dense columnar panicles beginning yellowish-chartreuse and becoming tan seed heads that are retained into winter. The new plant is useful in the landscape as a specimen, en masse, or in a container.
