A new and distinct xPachyveria plant named ‘TSAECH1821’ which is characterized by a relatively large plant size, strong foliage which is loosely held in a basal rosette, glaucous greyed-green foliage with a bluish hue, as well as the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
