A new and distinct cultivar of Osteospermum plant named ‘Inostyelow’, characterized by its compact and upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; early and freely flowering habit; long flowering period; and large inflorescences with golden yellow-colored ray florets and yellow-colored disc florets.
