A new and distinct cultivar of Osteospermum plant named ‘BKOSTOR’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth rate; freely branching growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; daisy-type inflorescences with yellow-colored ray florets with greyed orange-colored longitudinal stripes; and good garden performance.
