A new cultivar of Oenothera plant named ‘TURNER01’, characterized by low spreading habit, deep-purple variagated leaves with green edges, and pink flowers that bloom from early spring through summer. In combination these traits set ‘TURNER01’ apart from all other existing varieties of Oenothera known to the inventor.
