A new and distinct Basilicum cultivar named ‘DBASBLOOM’ is disclosed, characterized by full structure, compact habit with prolonged flowering. Additionally, the cultivar has sepals and flower stalks of purple color. The new variety is a Basilicum, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
