A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named ‘Vinfeleche’, characterized by its compact, upright and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; and numerous red purple-colored flowers that are positioned above and beyond the foliage.
