A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named ‘Oslo’, characterized by its large dark pink-colored flowers; freely flowering habit with flowers positioned above or beyond the foliage; compact, mounded and outwardly spreading plant habit; very freely branching growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; and good weather tolerance.
