A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named ‘KIE274’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large light purple-colored flowers with purple-colored splotch; and flowers positioned above and beyond the foliage.
