A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named ‘Ingbrisal’ characterized by its large white colored flowers with broad salmon edge with medium large, dark green foliage, early flowering, good heat tolerance, nice rounded shaped growth habit with excellent basal branching and good vigor.
