A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named ‘Fisimp 114’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading, and uniformly mounded plant habit; freely branching and freely flowering habit; large rounded light purple-colored flowers with lighter purple-colored eye that are positioned above and beyond the foliage; and medium to dark green-colored leaves.
