A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongiwirohoro’ characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and full appearance; dark green-colored leaves; freely and early flowering habit; medium-sized semi-double to double-type reddish purple-colored flowers that have a ruffled rosette appearance; and good garden performance.
