A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongitarestar’ characterized by its upright to somewhat outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; large, glossy and very dark green-colored leaves with dark red-colored lower surfaces; freely and early flowering habit; large red and light red bi-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
