A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongisustjazco’ characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; large variegated leaves with dark green-colored marginal areas surrounding yellow-colored centers; freely flowering habit; large flat flowers that are vivid red in color; and good garden performance.
