A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongirolsal’ characterized by its relatively compact, upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; glossy and dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; medium to large ruffled flowers that are salmon pink in color; and good garden performance.
